Aero-Tex Pant Liner

Description Pant liner dries in minutes after the rain stops. Lined with the best Hydrophilic nylon mesh that also has no Polyurethane coating. We used to make a Liner with sewn in Thermoloft. The Liner with sewn in Thermoloft is too warm for temperatures over 55f.. Almost every rider returned this liner complaining about being too warm. More versatility can be gained from the liner with no Insulation. Our long distance touring riders wear both the jacket and pant liners in a sleeping bag on cold nights for comfort. Liners can be worn alone without pant or jacket on. Short zipper inside back below waist with snaps at cuffs. Zipper/Velcro/Double flap three way seal to waterproof both leg zippers. Right leg fully unzips and left leg unzips above crotch. It is not necessary to remove pant or boots to put on liner. If it starts to rain the liner can be put on in seconds. It does not need to be zipped in for quick installation. In most of the country the liner can be left zipped in for 7 or more months of the year. Features • All zippers top quality YKK. • Machine washable • If you have the Ultra II Pant and didn’t order the liner with the pant, we need to know the inseam length along with the production number and size of pant. Both production number and size are in the inside butt area. • All Aero-Tex liners come with a material Lifetime Waterproof/Windproof/Breathable Warranty. • Liner color can change with the availability of materials. • Hydrophilic Nylon Mesh Lining on the inside. The Hydrophilic Lining wicks away sweat and makes the liner more comfortable, even when worn directly against the skin. • Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed! Some riders comment that they don’t like the outer shell getting wet when the waterproof liner is on the inside. The uncoated outer suit material completely dries in less than five minutes when riding. With the majority of other suits the outer Polyurethane coated shell gets wet before hitting the waterproof membrane. The Polyurethane traps the water, sometimes taking hours to dry. Some riders comment that they don’t want to have to remove the suit to put on the liner. I don’t know of any riders that put on a rain suit before it starts to rain. Trying to put a rain pant over an over pant that is wet is by far more difficult than simply removing the over pant in seconds, stepping into the Aero-Tex Pant Liner and then putting the over pant on again in seconds. It is not necessary to remove boots, pants underneath, and then put on the Aero-Tex Pant Liner. Liner doesn’t need to be zipped in for quick on/off situations. Another reason to wear the liner underneath is that the waterproof membrane breathes much better when it is closer to the skin. Our long distant riders love wearing the Aero-Tex Liners in a sleeping bag at night or when walking around the campground during cold nights. Rain Pants can also be used. Just remember that a rain pant can rip just falling off the motorcycle on the kick stand. Rain Pants can also have a very short life span. Outer Rain Pants can also melt when touching a hot pipe.
